All new users receive a 3-day free trial upon registration. During this period, no payment is required from you. If you are not satisfied, you can simply choose not to continue — no refund request is needed.
If you subscribed to a paid plan and changed your mind, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the initial payment date. After this period, you are not entitled to a refund except in exceptional circumstances.
We review refund requests after 7 days on a case-by-case basis. We may grant a partial or full refund if you experienced: (1) unjustified extended technical outages (more than 48 continuous hours), (2) signals completely stopped for more than 72 hours, or (3) a technical error on our side that prevented your access for over 24 hours.
Refunds are not granted in the following cases: (1) you have used the service for more than 7 days, (2) trading losses resulting from following the signals, (3) failure to activate Telegram alerts due to your personal settings, (4) monthly subscriptions that have exceeded two billing cycles.
Refunded amounts are sent to the same payment method used for the subscription. Processing may take 5 to 10 business days depending on bank or payment gateway policies.
Send your request via email including: your registered email address, subscription date, and reason for the refund request. We will respond within 48 business hours at the latest.
We reserve the right to modify this policy. Any material changes will be announced on the platform and via email before they take effect.
